The room was clean and we had a great view from our balcony of the lake. The staff was very professional and informative.
Close to the beach. Beautiful views
The resort was very nice and comfortable for my family. I liked that there was a complimentary breakfast, delivered to the room, and that the staff was accomodating. The room was exactly as shown and advertised and very clean and comfy. The pool was easily accessible for the kids and the location made it possible for the staff to see inside in case of an emergency.

Room size, pool
We liked the breakfast and the location is perfect for us.
The location was good for me as it was a short drive to the hospital daily. My room was good size, loved seeing TC Bay and ducks in the morning. The breakfast box was always accurate with chosen items and on time.
The hot tub, everything was clean, breakfast, delivered to my door, Starbucks, coffee available to make in the room.
Would rather have had a breakfast at a location in the hotel

Had a beautiful room. Wasnt a view of the water but it was still amazing. Very comfortable bed!
The beach view was nice, our room was clean and comfortable, service was great (our toilet stopped flushing and maintenance had it fixed within 20 minutes of telling the front desk), nice pool and hot tub area.
I liked that the room had a table for us to sit at & have coffee as well as a couch that had a table where we ate most of the meals we had while staying here. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nice & the toiletries given by the hotel were of good quality. The staff were incredibly helpful & very accommodating. Our room was upgraded to one w-a view & even though its winter the lake is beautiful.
